Ingredients
Potato | : | 1 Big size |
Garlic | : | 1 Clove |
Turmeric | : | 1/4 tsp |
Onion | : | 2 tbsp |
Dry Red Chilly | : | 2 nos |
Ginger | : | 1 inch |
Lime Juice | : | 1 1/2 tsp |
Salt | : | to taste |
Method
- Peel the potato and cut in to cubes.
- Grind the Red Chilly, Garlic, Ginger,Turmeric,Salt in the mixer/blender
- Add the Onion and pulse it for 3 times.
- Well Coat the Potato with the ground masala.
- In a pan take 1/4 cup of water and put the Potato mixture
- Allow it to cook well. mix it in between.
- Once Potato is cooked allow all the water to be evaporated.
- Add 3 tsp of oil in it and fry it well for about 3 minutes. ( Do not cover the pan while doing this)
- Garnish with Corrainder Leaves and finish it off with Lime Juice.
- Serve this with Lemon or Lime Rice, Sambar
