| Tomato Chutney |
Ingredients
| Onion | : | 1 no |
| Tomato | : | 2 no |
| Green chilly | : | 3 to 4 no |
| Salt | : | to taste |
| For Seasoning | ||
| Mustard Seeds | : | 1/2 tsp |
| Urad dal | : | 1/2 tsp |
| Oil | : | 2 tsp |
| Curry Leaves | : | few |
Method
- Grind the onion, Tomato and Green chilly to a fine paste.
- Heat a pan with oil. Add Mustard Seeds and allow them to pop.
- Add Urad dal and Curry Leaves.
- Add the Tomato paste, Salt to taste then cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
- It will turn in to red color.
- Serve this with Idly, Dosa
